Instructions for Online Application for Dual Citizenship Certificate:
Bangladeshi-origin German citizens can apply online for a Dual Citizenship Certificate through the Security Services Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The application fee can be paid online using the e-payment system via credit card.

Note: To apply for dual citizenship online, an "affidavit" must be executed. Applicants can complete the affidavit at the Bangladesh Embassy in Berlin. The affidavit must be completed by filling out the form and signing it in the presence of an embassy official.
Required Documents for Affidavit:
1. A completed affidavit form without a signature.
2. A copy of the applicant's Bangladeshi passport/Birth Certificate/NID or a copy of the parent's Bangladeshi passport/NID.
3. A copy of the German passport.
4. Appointment: Each applicant is required to book a separate appointment for submission of an affidavit. To schedule your appointment, please click on this link>> Link
5. Affidavit Fee: The prescribed fee, 50 euro (50.50 euro including transaction charge), must be paid in person at the embassy using a bank card.

বাংলাদেশি বংশোদ্ভুত জার্মান নাগরিকগণ দ্বৈত নাগরিকত্ব সনদের জন্য স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের সুরক্ষা সেবা বিভাগে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আবেদনের ফি অনলাইনে ই-পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ক্রেডিট কার্ডের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করা যাবে। সুরক্ষা সেবা বিভাগের অনলাইন আবেদনের লিংক:
*অনলাইনে দ্বৈত নাগরিকত্বের আবেদনের জন্য একটি “এফিডেভিট” সম্পাদন করতে হয়। আবেদনকারীগণ বাংলাদেশ দূতাবাস, বার্লিন থেকে এফিডেভিট সম্পাদন করতে পারবেন। এফিডেভিট ফরম পূরণ করে দূতাবাসের কর্মকর্তার সম্মুখে স্বাক্ষর প্রদানের মাধ্যমে এফিডেভিট সম্পাদন করতে হবে।
এফিডেভিটের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট:
১। পূরণকৃত এফিডেভিট ফরম (স্বাক্ষর ব্যতীত)।
২। আবেদনকারীর বাংলাদেশি পাসপোর্ট/জন্মনিবন্ধন সনদ/এনআইডি এর কপি/ পিতা-মাতার বাংলাদেশি পাসপোর্ট/ এনআইডি এর কপি।
৩। জার্মান পাসপোর্টের কপি।
৪। এপয়েন্টমেন্ট: এফিডেভিট সম্পাদনের জন্য প্রত্যেক আবেদনকারীকে পৃথক এপয়েন্টমেন্ট নিয়ে নির্ধারিত সময়ে দূতাবাসে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। এপয়েন্টমেন্ট গ্রহণের লিংক>> লিংক
৫। এফিডেভিট ফি: এফিডেভিট সম্পাদনের ব্যাংক কার্ডের মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত ফি ৫০ ইউরো (ট্রাঞ্জেকশন চার্জসহ ৫০.৫০ ইউরো) পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
